We only collect information you choose to give us through our forms, emails, messages or calls:
- Enquiries and clients: name, email, phone, organisation, messages and project details.
- Course registrations: name, email, phone, postcode, course of interest, experience level, employment status and goals.
- Support needs: only if you choose to share them, so we can support you properly.
- Employers and partners: name, organisation, email, the roles you hire for and your partnership interests.
- Freelancers and crew: name, email and the skills you share with us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and usage data, collected through cookies and analytics.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes and services.
- To talk through course options and check your suitability and eligibility.
- To run courses, learner records, assessments and the learner login, and to support you while you learn.
- To match learners with employers and studio partners through our talent pool, only with your consent.
- To send you updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp, only with your consent.
- To improve our websites and services.
- To meet our legal, funding and reporting obligations.
4. Our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR, we rely on:
- Consent: for marketing messages, the talent pool and any support needs you share.
- Contract: to deliver a course or service you have signed up for.
- Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries and run our business.
- Legal obligation: where the law or funders require us to keep records.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We only share it with:
- Our CRM and website platform (GoHighLevel), which runs our forms, email and learner login.
- Our email, SMS, WhatsApp and hosting providers.
- Employers and studio partners, only if you have joined the talent pool and agreed to this.
- Funders or training partners, where a course is publicly funded and they require it.
- Regulators or authorities, where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers store data outside the UK, for example in the USA. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or approved contract clauses.
7. How long we keep your information
- Enquiries we don't take further: up to 12 months.
- Client and learner records: up to 6 years, or longer where funders require it.
- Talent pool profiles: until you ask us to remove you.
- Marketing contacts: until you opt out.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the information we hold about you
- correct it
- ask us to delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- ask us to transfer it to another organisation
- withdraw your consent at any time

Our courses are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
